There was something about the 80′s that made starlets feature in fantasy films and de-robe for no apparent reason other than to fill a gigantic plot hole or to place them self in an apparent danger. With most independent labels now opting for a tastefully re-synced video instead of leaking tracks out to the internet, we stumbled across this gem for James Curd’s new single ‘Guide Me’. He’s worked his magic for countless labels including DFA, Greenskeepers, Permanent Vacation and Bang Gang, and now it appears he has jumped on board with Australian indie label etcetc. Delivering a re-sampled Chicago house jam, this track stirs the loins and generates some serious vibe. But that’s nothing new from this one man disco band is it?
